Fees

Half Day Mediation – 3 hours morning or afternoon

(10:00 am – 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm)

$600 plus HST for two parties, plus disbursements
(facility rental, catering,travel if outside of GTA).

$75 plus HST for each additional party

Additional time required charged at $200/hour

 For in person mediations outside of the GTA, travel time will be charged at $150/hour

Full Day Mediation – 7 hours

$1,500 plus HST for two parties, plus disbursements
(facility rental, catering,travel if outside of GTA).

$250 plus HST for each additional party

Additional time required charged at $250/hour

For in person mediations outside of the GTA, travel time will be charged at $150/hour

Cancellation Fees*

More than 15 days prior to mediation date – no cancellation fee.

7 days – 15 days prior to mediation date – 50% of mediation fee plus any disbursements incurred prior to cancellation.

Less than 7 days prior to mediation date – Full mediation fee plus any disbursements incurred prior to cancellation.

*Cancellation Fees will be waived if parties agree to reschedule the mediation to an available date within 6 months of mediation date at the time of cancellation.
